The original part of the house was built in 1790 and it has been renovated to comprise three large bedrooms, one en suite bathroom, a lounge, large kitchen diner and family bathroom.
There is a large car port to the side of the property that has room for up to 3 cars plus a large driveway and turning area.The patio area is accesed by three french doors from the dining area at the rear and is an ideal place to catch up on your tan! The rear of the house gets sun all day until it sets, behind the trees.

Below is a google search on 'maps' for le Guislain. Take a look, browse the area. You can see the surroundings.........quiet and tranquil. Yet only 5 min in the car to shops, 15 to towns, 25 + to beaches. The D13 to the coast is 3 min drive away, and the D999 to St Lo is 6 mins away.
La Valtoline is one house forming part of the small Le Guislain hamlet. The house is available to rent most times of the year. Please dont hesitate to contact us to enquire about availability, or any other issues.
