The living areas consist of the Lounge, and the Kitchen Diner, Patio and Garden and the Family bathroom.

The Lounge has a tiled floor, original beams, original larder cupboard next to the fireplace. The fireplace has a wood burning stove.  Electric Heater. TV with DVD and Satellite freeview. There are three sofas for your comfort.

The Lounge is part of the original building dating back to the 1700's. It has thick walls and faces to the front of the house making it a cool room to retreat to in the summer. It also is (despite its size) a cozy room, and with the low ceilings and wood burner a comfortable retreat on those cooler nights.

Upstairs Family Bathroom

The Upstairs Family Bathroom has a bath with shower attatchment for ease of hair washing etc, and of course a basin and toilet. The basin has its own light and electric point .

The patio and garden. Because of the many windows and french doors, the rear of the house is a great sun trap, and has direct acsess to the patio and garden area.

The kitchen diner is a great place to gather, either at meal times or warm evenings drinking some local produce! Mealtimes are easy to accomodate on the very large table. Six chairs are provided, and more are in the house if needed. There is plenty of room to cook and be sociable as the room is 11m long. 

La Valtoline is one house forming part of the small Le Guislain hamlet. The house is available to rent most times of the year. Please dont hesitate to contact us to enquire about availability, or any other issues.
