The rear of the house has a gravelled area with a patio positioned by the french doors. A great place to unwind, eat, play Boules or just sunbathe the day away. The patio is equiped with some lighting and some electric sockets if you need them. There is also a concrete BBQ available in the patio area, and at the other end a clothes line.
The house is not overlooked by any other, the nearest dwelling is 100m down the road. Up the road the other way is a small dairy farm. The view to the rear is entirely farmland and trees.
La Valtoline is one house forming part of the small Le Guislain hamlet. The house is available to rent most times of the year. Please dont hesitate to contact us to enquire about availability, or any other issues. |
